Shakir Consulting Services was founded upon integrity, values, servitude, cultural responsiveness, and racial equity. Our vision is to be a leading consulting and social services agency owned by a Muslim American woman who is a descendant of slavery, that provides seamless and transformative services for those who are often overlooked or go unnoticed.

Shakir Consulting Services is a small social service and consulting agency that currently provides the following culturally specific services: Contracted case management services for Ramsey, Washington, and Hennepin Counties' elderly and disable, Parent Support Outreach Services (PSOP) for residents of Ramsey County, 245-D licensed services provider, ICS-Independent Housing Triplex, Business Consulting, Racial Equity Training, and Organization Development and Change Management.
